On June 11th, The 42nd Estate will give away four free hours of social media consulting to one lucky non-profit in the Boston area. The package will be awarded at the Networking for a Cause Boston event at the Red Sky Restaurant & Lounge.

Networking for a Cause [NFAC] is an event held by the NFAC organization, which connects young professionals with non-profits looking for skilled help. It’s a great event and one we’re proud to be attending and sponsoring. The NFAC Boston event will run from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The Red Sky Lounge is located at:

For our giveaway, we will analyze your web-site, blog, and social media campaigns. We’ll look at your web presence from an end user’s perspective and advise you on how to improve it to make it easier for people to find you on the web and connect with you. We’ll also review any copywriting on your site(s) and suggest edits to improve its flow and impact. With our suggestions, you’ll be able to streamline your social media campaigns and increase their effectiveness.

As noted in our last post, we’re quickly approaching the one year anniversary of The 42nd Estate’s existence. To celebrate this truly remarkable occasion, we’ll be hosting three contests to show our appreciation to our fans.

The first contest is super simple and only requires one action to be automatically entered to win a pair of playoff tickets to the Boston Celtics. All we ask is that you become our fan on Facebook®.
